How to set up a sent folder.

  1. open up your email account
  2. if you need to create a sent folder
  3. click on add folder on the left side of the screen
  4. then type in sent
  5. then click ok
  6. click on the options icon (next to the exit icon)
  7. click on mailbox management
  8. click on the down arrow of the sent folder option box
  9. click sent
  10. scroll down to the bottom of the page
  11. click on the save button
  12. close the page
  13. click on the update link next to select all
  14. now your sent folder should work. you may have to log out of email and back in.
