How to set email timeout option.

  1. open up your email account
  2. click on the options icon (next to the exit icon)
  3. look under WebAccess Settings
  4. click in the timeout minutes box
  5. change the minutes to at least 20 (mine is set to 40 minutes)
  6. scroll down to the bottom of the page
  7. click on the save button
  8. close the page
  9. if you want to make sure you set it right
  10. then repeat the steps
