Golf

The Lindsay Golf teams competed at the district golf meet on March 31st. Both the boys and girls teams competed very well with the boys team qualifying for Regionals.

The boys team shot a 354 and finshed in second only 3 strokes behind Muenster. For the boys Josh Heilman shot an 84, Hunter Loch shot an 85, Keith Hermes shot an 88 and Blake Hunter shot a 97. Josh finished 3rd over all, Hunter finished tied for 4th and Keith finished tied for 6th.

On the girls side the Lady Knights finished fourth in the team standings with a 492 team total. Senior Krystal Arend led the way with a 118. Katie Dieter also shot a 118 and had the shots of the day coming away with an Eagle on a par five hole. Others shooting well for the Lady Knights were Danielle Hogan with a 123, Kelsey Hermes a 125, Anna Hogan with a 126, and Ashley Hess with a 129. Krystal Arend and Katie Dieter tied for 9th overall.
