Mr. Holt

Superintendent - Mr. Holt

Mr. Holt has over 20 years in education ranging from serving as a classroom math teacher and coach to High School principal. He has served the last eight years in Tulia ISD, a 2A district located in West Texas. Mr. Holt first served as Principal at Tulia Junior High and then during the 2006-07 school year served as Principal at Tulia High School. He graduated in 1979 from Holiday High School and received his BS in Education from Texas Tech University in 1985. Mr. Holt went on to receive his Masters in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University in 1998.

Mr. Holt and his wife Jane have been married 22 years. She currently is an educational diagnostician for Denton ISD. They have two children. Their daughter Nicole is 19 and a sophomore at New Mexico State University where she is a member of the women’s basketball program. They also have a son, Dawson, age 13.

High School Principal Mr. Hall has been in education over 25 years. He took Principalship at Lindsay High School in August of 2006.

Mrs. Otto

Elementary Principal - Mrs. Otto

Mrs. Otto took Principalship at the Lindsay Elementary School in August 2005. In 2001, she became Assistant Principal at Chalmers Elementary in Gainesville. Mrs. Otto held that position for 4 years. Before that, she taught fourth grade for 10 years and sixth grade science for 4 years at Gainesville ISD. Mrs. Otto has been in education for 20 years.

Mrs. Otto earned her Associates of Science from Cooke County College in General Studies. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Texas Woman's University in Elememtary & Special Education. Kim earned her Masters in Educational Mid Management f rom Texas Woman's University.

Mrs. Otto is married and has 3 children and 1 grandchild.

Mrs. Garner

Director of Support Services - Mrs. Garner

After being employeed in the school district for five years as the Director of Technology, Mrs. Garner was promoted to Director of Support Services. This added the business office responsibilities to her technology duties. During 2005, she completed the Master Technology Teacher Certification program through the Education Service Center Region 11 and successfully passed the TExMat exam.

Paula holds three degrees, all earned while working full time in education. She has an Associate of Science in General Studies from Cooke County College, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Woman's University and a Master of Science in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems from the University of North Texas.

Mrs. Garner has been married to George for 24 years. They have two children, three grandsons and one granddaughter.
